Project Goals

The contract with Intelliflo involved an overall privacy consultancy on various areas of data protection compliance including international law, data breaches, data subject access requests, internal audits, and more.

Contributions

Through the privacy consultancy, we:

ensured project compliance with data protection across Australia, USA, and UK
developed and reviewed policies and procedures for Data Protection for the above 3 jurisdictions and ISO 27001 for the UK
documented the entire Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) for the organisation
conducted PIA/DPIAs and worked on Cookies compliance across all countries
participated in Internal audits and ISO 27001 audits from a data protection perspective
planned and designed for a comprehensive Privacy Framework
reviewed and updated privacy notices across the 3 countries, and updated cookies notices and provided guidance for the same
investigated data breaches and customer complaints about data protection

Outcomes

Helped Intelliflo achieve compliance with data protection laws through internal audits, conducting PIAs & DPIAs, creating RoPAs, policies and procedures, and the Privacy Framework.
