Headquartered in New York City and created from the spin-off of IBM’s infrastructure services business in 2021, the company designs, builds, manages and develops large-scale information systems.

Project Goal(s)

• Our main project goal when in contract with IBM/Kyndryl was to oversee Third Party Risk Management within OneTrust. 

Contributions

• Spearheaded the configuration of the OneTrust Third-Party Risk Management module, optimising the system for enhanced risk assessment and mitigation.
• Created the attributes, rule engine, privacy risk framework
• Migrated the assessments from Process Unity to OneTrust
• Orchestrated the setup of templates, implementation of rules, and development of a robust risk management framework, fostering a comprehensive approach to risk evaluation.
• Directed platform management operations and adeptly resolved assessors’ inquiries, ensuring seamless functionality and streamlined processes.
