We securely store your query in our email box until it is resolved after which we will purge the data. We do not store copies of your records beyond this time.

The right to access – You have the right to request us for copies of your personal data. This may only be applicable if you have an open query with us, as we will not hold any records about you after we resolve the queries.

This would be the information you provided on the contact form. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete. This right would apply only if we have an open query from you. We do not store your details once we answer your queries.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions. This would only pertain to any open query. We do not store any data.

The right to restrict processing – We do not process your data for anything beyond answering your query.

The right to object to processing – We do not process your data for anything beyond answering your query.

The right to data portability –  We do not store our data and hence this right does not appl.
